Al Faisaliah Tower is one of the most prominent buildings in Riyadh. It was built on an area of ​​55,000 square meters in the center of Riyadh in the Al Olaya district, bordered to the west by King Fahd Road and to the east by Al Olaya Main Road. The project's built-up area is 240,000 square meters, with a total cost of 1.2 billion riyals, representing a construction cost of 950 million Saudi riyals. Work on the tower began in 1997 and it was inaugurated in May.
